Roberto Vélez

I am from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. I retired in 2013 the US Army and I am currently improving myself by finishing a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Filmmaking. I have written many stories that I used to role played when I was a kid or directed my friends in their particular characters. I even have my own newspaper (El Diario Semanal) that I used to sell to my father for 10¢. Now, thanks to my service to the military I can really pursue a career in filmmaking and hopefully make those stories a reality and show them in film. My experience as a Cinematographer is growing as I have been involved in many projects around Raleigh, North Carolina.
