Brad Christensen's Reel

The Journal is the story of Shawn who has suffered a tragedy that he was never prepared to face. He is consumed with grief and devoid of happiness. Finding a book in the park that sends apparitions and writes back to him saying he will die doesn't help his situation. Although scared of his hallucinations he hangs onto sanity and refuses to believe. When his children disappear he indeed does die and is greeted in limbo by an insane psychiatrist. Shawn must discover whether escape back into the real world is possible so he can reunite with his lost children.
