SYNOPSIS:

The evil, charismatic BRYAN DOLAN leads his radical neo-nazi group to raid the home of U.S. SENATOR RACHAEL WELCH, kill her body guards, then kidnap ALISHA, Rachael's daughter from her first marriage, a girl of biracial heritage.Worried the FBI might bungle the case, Rachael and her husband, European industrialist MICHAEL WELCH, seek out Alisha's father, ALAN CLARK. Alan is a strong, proud, but bitter black man, a retired SPEC OPS operative who now lives alone in a cabin in the woods and writes action adventure novels for a living. Initially against the idea of getting involved, Alan realizes he cannot stand by and NOT help his little girl.Once back in the game, Alan goes "all in" and plunges deep into the seedy underbelly of the city - strip joints, biker bars, gun runners, and skinheads. Alan uses his prodigious weaponry and marital arts skills along the way, following the trail wherever it leads him. No one is spared his wrath.The final reveal comes when Alan tracks down and rescues his daughter. In a climactic battle to the death with Dolan, Alan learns the terrible truth - Dolan and his group simply were hired hands, expendable pawns in a much larger conspiracy. The real mastermind is someone dangerously close to Alisha, and the last person Alan would have suspected.
