About Sarah

Graduating from the University of Leeds with a BA in Performance Design, a fascination with film led Sarah to study a MA in Film and Media Production. During this time she wrote and directed three short films, all of which showcased her natural flare for the creation of dark worlds on screen, and developed her as a director with a distinct visual style.

Sarahs directorial flair and dedication to her writing recently lead her short fantasy-drama screenplay, 'The Princess Under the Stairs' to be selected for development as part of Creative Englands iShorts scheme, which supports emerging British filmmakers.

In addition to writing and directing, Sarah has a passion for art direction and has worked upon various television and film projects over the past year within the art department, on projects which include Matador Pictures new feature film 'Residue' and Channel 4's 'Utopia II'.
