SYNOPSIS:

SYNOPSIS of SCREENPLAY Titled: “I PROMISE” Jumbo jet Flight Captain Peter Jeffries, forty seven years, loves beautiful airline hostess thirty six years of age Erin Williams. His love for her knows no bounds he courts her around the world – London, Paris, Rome, skis the Swiss Alps and flies the trans- world route London to Australia. Erin ponders her future and is uncertain if marriage to Peter and flying from one country to another endlessly is for her. Peter has no doubts and wants to marry Erin and continue a life of excitement able to go and do whatever pleases Erin and visit any/ all countries of the world. Erin pleads for time alone in Brisbane Australia to decide her future. Spontaneously she applies for a job that she hopes will allow her to save money and not continue spending her salary on beautiful clothes, underwear, hairdos and perfume and to settle down in one place. She applies for a job as private secretary to Steven Conroy, twenty four years of age, handsome philanderer and Stockbroker. Steven is highly sexually active. He falls in love with Erin and promises to marry her if she becomes pregnant to him and promises the same to Tina, Angelique, Rose, Brooke, Kirsty and not least of all he makes love to his recently retired secretary Audrey who has secretly yearned for Steven to make love to her on his huge desk. Erin needs time alone to decide and sends Peter away to be with Eliza another airline hostess who has lusted for Peter. She seduces him and claims he has impregnated her and attempts suicide when he refuses to marry her in favour of marriage to Erin. Erin must decide if she will marry Peter of Steven. Three beautiful women claim Steven has made them pregnant and must marry them three other lovers insist he marry them. Steven must choose his harem or Erin. Erin must choose Peter or Steven.
