John Kerr grew up in Bostonia, CA. He attended 6 different schools by 9th grade due to a regular request for his dismissal. He began his writing career writing ad copy and producing commercials for a San Diego TV station. Kerr worked as a producer/director for NBC and CBS in Hawaii and as a screenwriter in Hollywood. He now concentrates on writing novels. Kerr makes it a point never to live more than 10 minutes from a good Mexican restaurant.
