Cheryl L. Wallace - has a combined 30 years of administrative and production entertainment experience. A member of New York’s United Scenic Artist Union – Local 829 for over 15 years, Cheryl has worked on feature films and television shows such as Independence Day, Saturday Night Live, 24 Hour Women, The Rosie O’Donnell Show, All My Children and City Hall. Cheryl has worked in the Feature Legal Department at Warner Bros. Studio in Burbank’ CA. She earned her BA in Business Administration from Arcadia University.
In 2008 Cheryl started producing independent films and television pilots. Black Out is Cheryl's third Project 21 production as producer. Cheryl has a background in bookkeeping, accounting and researching.
