Laurel Kornfeld

I am a free-spirited, non-conformist character actress who considers myself ageless. My experience includes work in straight plays and musical theater, film, TV, music videos, new media, commercials, Renaissance fairs, and Halloween theme parks. Since January 2016, I have been studying acting with Joshua Nelson at LaGuardia Acting Studio in Parsippany, NJ. I am also a freelance writer/journalist who writes for various websites about space and astronomy topics. For the last 12 years, I have been a staunch advocate of Pluto's planet status and have been running Laurel's Pluto Blog opposing the controversial demotion of Pluto. My online activities and public talks on this subject have gotten me known online as "Plutogirl" and "Plutosavior."
