About Claire

As a child I was shy but knew what I wanted to do and that was being a professional actress. It took me a long time to build up the confidence to go for my dreams then in 2003 I joined an independant theatre company and was acting in theatres around Berkshire, England. After my daughter was born I devoted my time to being a good mother and wife for many years but could not get the acting dream out of my head so at the beginning of 2013 I decided to get back to it. Acting is something that is a big part of the rest of my life and I am determined to live the dream and be truly happy.
I performed in many plays including: "Travels with My Aunt" by Giles Havergal and Graham Greene. I played Aunt Augusta (comedy), "The House of Bernada Alba" by Federico Garcia Lorca. I played the eldest daughter Angustias (Tragic), "A Midsummer Night's Dream" by William Shakespeare. I played young lover Hermia. In "Pride and Prejudice" (period drama) by Jane Austen I played Jane Bennett. I also played a young robber girl in a Christmas pantomime production of The Snow Queen to name but a few. I went on to a professional performance in a play called "On the Verge" by Eric Overmyer. I played a character called Mary Baltimore.
In 2013 I looked for acting work and picked up a few roles. I have been in online series, music videos and improvisation feature length films. I also have some coming up in the next few weeks and the new year. I am currently developing my portfolio of experience.
