Raf Buks

I seek finance, develop and produce film projects for the many styles and genres of today's film industry. I see each project as its own unique creation to be adapted for contemporary formats beyond the silver screen. I'm not the only producer in Poland, nor indeed, the most experienced - but I'm experienced enough to tackle even the most challenging project and small enough to care. I'm always looking for like-minded filmmakers and exciting film projects. I'm a dedicated, hard-working team player, passionate about film-production know-how. I contribute creativity, perspective and a natural workflow.

With over 14 years of experience in the film and television industry I have successfully worked on projects with various producers from around the world. I have a pleasure to be one of the founders of Film Forum Association, which has helped many young filmmakers enter the world of professional filmmaking. I was appointed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of Poland as an Industry Expert of the Polish Film Institute.

In addition to producing, I have been a jury member of numerous Polish film festivals and received an award for active promotion of independent cinema and independent filmmakers in Poland.
