SYNOPSIS:

GODPLAY DARE is an erotic crime thriller. Johnie Phillips and Moire Riley are homicide detectives, on a seemingly unsolvable case: to catch the notorious “Bedroom Friday”, a vicious serial killer, who targets wealthy women in their thirties, seduces them, then in the midst of an otherwise romantic act of lovemaking, strangles them to death. It’s Johnie Phillips’ first day on the job, and he quickly finds his new partner, Moira Riley to be quite a challenge. She is not only a beautiful, sexy single woman, but also a tough-as-nails cop, obsessed with catching Bedroom Friday once and for all. Her obsession is understandable. She’s been on the case for several years, with all clues leading to dead ends, and the similarity of Friday’s tactics, and the murder of her own parents is chilling. She has chosen Johnie as her partner for his reputation as a creative cop, doing whatever it takes to bring in the bad guy. But what Moira has in mind is beyond what Johnie is willing to do: She wants to pose as one of Friday’s victims, lure him to her bedroom, where Johnie will be hiding, and just at the right moment, bust him! She knows that the typical sting will not work. Bedroom Friday is too clever for that. Whenever there have been stakeouts, he seems to know there are cops around and refuses to make his move. So this time she’s going to do it without the departments knowledge. Johnie reluctantly agrees, and the suspense is almost too much to bear as we watch this scenario played out before our eyes, with Johnie hiding in the closet, forced to watch Moira in this deadly game. What we gradually come to realize is the Moira has the same psychological profile as the victims, and like the other victims, is transforming into yet another player in this sick game Bedroom Friday plays with his victims. Johnie is there to protect her, but how can he do that as she herself begins to sabotage the arrest? Moira is face to face with Bedroom Friday, and must answer the question all his victims must answer: Will you let him play God with you?
