I write. I direct. I edit. I design. I don't do stunts. I can't cry on cue.
Kernels of ideas and images pop in my head continuously. From 15 to 5,400 second stories,
I love giving life to flawed, yet resilient and quirky characters, propelled through meaningful stories, swirled with humor.
UCLA Film School taught me grades can be a thrill to attain.
Universal and Dreamworks taught me the business of the biz, and that golf carts are more fun on backlots.
Teaching taught me what I didn't know that I didn't know. Directing feature films taught me every emotion possible.
I love enticing laughs, tears, gasps, and slowing down blinks with my work. Forming bonds with strangers with my ideas is bliss.
I crossed the globe to get here.
My autobiography could be titled: "I Got Screwed, But I Had Other Plans."
Creating creative stuff is my purpose.
