Earth was originally designated as a prison planet by a superior galactic race known as the Waseakans. Prisoners were given a second chance at freedom, although they were constantly monitored. Living on Earth in the year 2084 was made impossible by the neglect of the human race. The planet was in the throes of its final destruction with volcanoes erupting, tsunamis, toxic air, violent storms, and the encroaching polluted ocean waters. There were no safe places to live and food was scarce, with no fresh water and only recycled water randomly available. Daily life was becoming impossible and only the few who could find work at the Waseakan bases were fed and given shelter. The air burned the inside of their noses as they breathed and the small numbers of humans that had work were issued face-masks to protect them from the toxic mist.

The Waseakans elected to provide another chance for the humans that were chosen by the Waseakan Council to relocate to the planet Lenora in another galaxy close to the home planet Zentorien. A plan to save the last humans on Earth was initiated. Only the people that met the requirements set forth by the Waseakans were granted departure from the dying planet. Every effort to save the selected ones was made by using a large fleet of ships that were sent through a wormhole from another galaxy.

Two unlikely lovers are thrown together by unimaginable circumstances in order to save their friends from certain death. They make gallant and heroic last minute rescue efforts against all odds. Tosortan and Jana overcome harrowing circumstances to retrieve two friends from incomprehensible conditions. The Waseakans are forced to employ the use of the peacemaker weapon to stave off swarms of desperate people from the few bases left where the last ships were trying to depart. Frantic to leave, people were being trampled in the rush to escape Earth and board the departing ships.

Earth can take no more...It explodes and is completely destroyed as the final survivors leave the atmosphere to board the mother ship awaiting them. Exploding debris from Earth’s violent demise batters the last ships struggling to reach the mother ship and safety. The entire planet was ablaze with molten lava and boiling water as total destruction takes place, with screaming and crying people aboard the final shuttles to make the landing in the mother ship. The last ship failed to arrive on the mother ship before its departure into the wormhole. Battered, the ship heads for the wormhole with deteriorating systems; Jana and Tosortan make it through into Zentorien airspace where ships are standing by to aid the failing vessel.

Romance blooms between Jana, an earth woman, and Tosortan, the son of the leader of the Waseakan Council, the most powerful man on the home planet. Zentorien laws were strict, with harsh penalties preventing people from choosing their own mates. This develops into a major obstacle for Tosortan and Jana to overcome.

Underground organizations exist that are attempting to bring change to laws that the Waseakan young and old would like to see abolished. Tosortan and Jana plan to marry, but his father, the Waseakan Council General, has other plans for Jana. The two lovers are committed to each other and when the Waseakan General announces his plan to adopt Jana as his daughter, Tosortan and Jana must hide their love, only known by Tosortan’s mother. The plot thickens, as the young couple become leaders of the Reformist Movement, risking being sent to another planet now set up for the ones that cannot conform to the Waseakan way of life.

The rescued humans located on Lenora, a planet close to the home world, soon find out their new fate. They are given jobs that suit their abilities and housed in plain homes. They have access to medical care and all the essentials they need to be productive in the Waseakan way of life. Some will be re-educated and others will be assigned work on the farms, which will supply food for the new colony. Humans have never had to live under the strict laws that they soon find on Lenora. Lenora is beautiful, plentiful, and full of hope initially… until the struggle to survive begins.
