About Alex

I am a filmmaker, currently undertaking a BA Honours Degree in Film Studies at Liverpool John Moores University. I am learning all aspects of the filmmaking process, I have made several short films, both as director and leading cinematographer. I have developed a particular love now for the art of cinematography and aim to channel my area of work experience towards this. I am understanding the camera and the lighting that goes into making professional looking films and video. I am due to undertake a placement with the Liverpool Film Office in june, working on both a feature Disney/Marvel film and a BBC War Drama.
