9+ years working in animation studios, where I successfully lead teams, while collaborating & innovating with colleagues who want to showcase authentically our human experience in art form.
12+ years as independent Director, Producer and Writer for live action, crafting high-quality stories and picture.

Originally from Puerto Rico, I bring a fresh perspective and passion to my work.

- Oversaw and managed day-to-day work/ inventory for the Animation, Editorial, Modeling, Characters & Sets departments for 3-6 feature films at a time(‘Ice Age Collision Course’, ‘Ferdinand’, ‘Spies in Disguise’ ‘Nimona’, projects in development & 6 Disney+ shorts (‘Scrat Tales’).
- Partnered with show Producers to track department schedule and budget.
- Point person that communicated sequence & shot status to the studio, using Shotgrid.
- Brainstormed & helped roll out tools that improved time performance & workflow, in partnership with Production Technology & Engineers.(Dropbin tool for Conforms, Production vs Scratch shot tag for Shotgrid, Footage Animation Reference tool for Animators)
- Was part of the Blue Sky Studios Creative & Cultural Trust: discussed best practices & actions to be taken to better implement D&I in the studio and storytelling/ Provided detailed and clear feedback to scripts & projects in development.
- Orchestrated and managed recording session with Will Smith in Cartagena, Colombia(built sound proof room, worked with publicist on scheduling, tracked logging during session).
- Currently responsible for managing & booking the scratch and production dialogue recording processes in partner with Studio Leadership(Director, Writer, Producer, Editor, Casting, Legal, Finance)
- Supervise, analyze & help craft audience screening response surveys (Notesar)/ collation of notes. Compiles results and shares with Studio Production Leadership in a constructive format.
- Actively advocates for casting in support of studio-wide diversity efforts.
- Train, support and provide guidance to Coordinators and PAs in ongoing show tasks.
