SYNOPSIS:

The last man on Earth, a suicidal alcoholic, must conquer his inner demons and find a reason to live in order to save the human species from extinction. The end of the world as we know it really does happen, thanks to a high-ranking Chinese military official buying into the end of the world and ordering his nation to launch five nuclear warheads at different countries. All out nuclear war wipes almost the entire human race. Ivory Blackman survives the Apocalypse by holing up in his underground bunker but loneliness and boredom lead to drug and alcohol addiction. After emerging from his Doomsday shelter, he fails to find any other survivors. His depression and hopelessness lead him to try to kill himself by riding a Harley through a hole in the window on the 90th floor of the Willis Tower (formerly Sears Tower). His drunken aim is off and he ends up dangling half out of the window. He's rescued by the last surviving female. She helps him sober up, stay off booze and drugs and soon they become intimate. She becomes pregnant but an alien assassin, code named Janitor Man because his job is to clean up any remaining human "debris" so the aliens can introduce a new and improved species, has his sights on killing them. He and Rhonda Nelson battle for not only their survival but to save the human race from extinction. Janitor Man chases the two, first in its spaceship and then in a Dodge truck (after Rhonda blows up the spaceship). From Chicago all the way to Ellsworth, Wisconsin. Janitor Man uses advanced technology to create an army of undead to dispose of the last two human survivors. Trapped in a bar called The Never Ending Pouring, Ivory and Rhonda find themselves hopelessly outnumbered. Ivory dreams up a solution to keep the human race going but at a tremendous personal cost.
