Nick Spears

I'm a 26 year old Oregonian currently working and living in Germany. I've been fascinated by medium entertainment of all forms since I can remember. My first memory is Faith No More and their Epic music video. I've lived a lot for my young age and have many people in the industry who believe I'll make a name for myself. I'm working everyday on gaining a deeper understanding of the tools available to me so I can be prepared in 4-5 years to take the next step in writing, producing, directing, acting and editing my first feature project. I have about 35 scripts I'm working on slowly and I'm constantly filming and taking still shots with my array of cameras. I was never a rich kid, I put myself through community college and worked at Blockbuster as a assistant store manager for almost four years studying films and growing my confident people skills to ensure that I was going to gain more from the real world and not rely on a film school full of the privileged to teach me how I should produce what I feel is my art. My mother was murdered a year ago and we are still fighting for her justice, she is my everything and I'm going to put my name out there for her. Film, photography, improvisational theater, writing and mechanics gets me up in the morning and I'll stop in the middle of the autobahn if it means I'll get a good shot. I'll be the Evil Knieval and Hunter S. Thompson of film. Oh ya... Everyday (especially in Germany) I'm told that I look like Heath Ledger, Lou Diamond Phillips or Chris Pontious; so if you need a Joker or Party Boy impersonator or someone to serenade you with La Bamba let me know. I'm really trying to get on a crew so I can learn more about being on a set. Thanks for reading this, lets talk sometime.
