About Wade
From a young age, I developed a keen interest in cinematography, with a particular passion for creative writing and historical documentary filmmaking. For over two decades, I have been filming, editing, and colorizing weddings, documentaries, and small business commercials on the side while pursuing an extensive career in information security engineering with some of the world's most successful companies.
My responsibilities in my engineering career extend beyond technical writing and architecture, where my creative side comes to life after hours. One of my proudest achievements is the creation of several episodic scripts for the humorous children's cartoon "Rudy the Ruddy Duck." The main character, Rudy, is an addle-minded duck who chooses to sleep in a kiddie pool, oblivious to the fact that all other ducks have flown south for the winter. Rudy's wife, Rosie, is left packing alone and enraged, and their quarrels catch the attention of a hungry Blackhawk, whom they must outsmart. Each episode brings new challenges and humor to the story.
In addition, I have written and registered a humorous short called "All Hat, No Cattle," which tells the tale of two buffoons attempting to pull off the world's most epic bank heist. However, when the bank alarm sounds, and the burglar leaps into the getaway car, the driver cannot start it due to inebriation and an ignition interlock device. Currently, I am in the planning stage of a western thriller.
My educational background includes a BS in Cinematography and an MFA in Creative Writing, graduating with honors in both. I am passionate about sharing my talents and look forward to connecting with others to embark on new adventures. Thank you for taking the time to read my bio.
