Halliwell and Olly Murs all have in common?
Thay are all aficionados of 18 year old Sheffield Singer Songwriter
Although just 18 years old, singer songwriter and multi instrumentalist Max has already caught the attention of some of the biggest names in show business. meeting Gary Barlow and performing on his solo album ‘Since I Saw
You Last’ to playing on Donny Osmond’s 60th album live studio video and playing saxophone for Olly Murs for a Children In Need
special. More recently he has been working with Geri Halliwell in the
studio and after helping Peter Kay out on backing vocals for a recent
project, Pheonix Nights, and can now also count him as a fan too.
When Max is not writing his own material he is writing and producing for others including Hollyoaks (Channel 4) and for LA film director Mark Jacobs for his documentary ‘Mission Angels’. All this by the age of 18, a fast track apprenticeship which has lead
him up to this point and he is now ready to the release his debut single ‘Obvious’. Taking cues from the Michael Bublé big band sound mixed with a healthy measure of Northern charm, the track is set for release May 3rd through Right Track Records/Universal.
