SYNOPSIS:

Mayor Henry Derringer discovers some files missing from his special archives and believes Redd, his former archives file manager may have something to do with it because he was fired. The files contain important information that can implicate the mayor and his colleagues in a bribery voting scheme. Mayor Derringer hires a hitman who goes by the name of Bruise to kill off Redd. He pays half up front and the rest when the job is done. This is Bruise's motto and lives by that creede. Bruise has positioned himself on top of a building getting ready to sniper Redd when he notices his fiance Cindy walk up to his target at a small cafe, where Redd works. Bruise engages in anger and is about to pull the trigger when off to his side he sees a suspicious vehicle pull up slowly towards Redd and Cindy then rapid gunfire and the death of his fiance and injuring Redd. One of Mayor Derringer's colleagues hired his own goons to take down Redd; he didn't trust the mayor. Bruise comes to learn that Cindy was really Redd's sister and she was visiting him for the day to tell him the big news, that she was going to marry Bruise. Now, Bruise and Redd join forces to take down the corrupt mayor and his cohorts with the help of Bruise's trusted friend, Randy, a skilled marksmen and gambler; in what is one of the bloodiest battles they'll face the whole day.
