About Sherren

Sherren graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in 2007 and has since worked in the Film and Television industry. Her directorial debut was on an original play, “Hell Is Other People Like You” by Adam Ryan, and won the Clark Lewis Prize for the best play produced at McGill in 2006. In 2009, she founded Sunday Afternoon Productions and produced, wrote and directed her first play, “Love Story Soundtrack.” In 2010, she released “M&E,” a series of 3 design videos showcasing Toronto-based interior designer, Alexandra Campbell.

"The Key," "Which Way Is Happiness?" and "A Bad Fall" are parts of her "3 Short Shorts" series, which are currently being submitted to festivals. Sherren is also in post-production of "Dinner With Exes," a 10-mins short made for The Toronto Film Challenge, of her 19-mins short, "So Nice to Love You," and of "My Favourite Thing," a 2-part short film with co-director Vivian Lin. She is also writing shorts and her first feature, and loving every single minute.
