An arrogant British detective is sentenced to work at a mid-western Police precinct in the U.S.A., but, he doesn't know if he's being punished, protected, or set up.  

SYNOPSIS:

Secured in handcuffs and escorted by three suited agents, Perry Suddle enters a nondescript midwestern police department. With unemotional eyes, this UK cop emanates British aristocracy and arrogance. Without explanation he is announced as their new detective, and assigned to partner with Anthony “Chaos” Chormanski, the cop who brings in bad guys a little black and blue. And, he doesn’t want a partner.
