SYNOPSIS:

As humankind spreads across the stars, worlds like Auramera become the most precious treasure; a tropical world of clear blue water and abundant life. Andrew is among the newest wave of settlers, but while his scientist parents are fascinated by the water-world, he just wants to go home to the fast-paced city life. His opinion starts to change when he meets Naia, a strange outcast girl who has an enigmatic and obsessive relationship with what she calls the Living Ocean. But humans aren't the only ones who want to lay claim to Auramera and its bounty, and soon an alien ship splashes down, unleashing its shark-like passengers --and unwittingly Awakening something that dwells deep beneath the surface. As both colonies prepare for war, Andrew, Naia, and their alien ally Tiburon must uncover the hidden depths of the Living Ocean, and of themselves.
