Erin Toft

I am a Portland, OR-based artist, specializing in Makeup Artistry, SpecialFx, Hair Styling, and Wardrobe for film and television.

I am a graduate of Linfield College where I earned my degree in Studio Art and Art History. Knowing that I wanted to pursue an artistic career in film and television, I then enrolled in The Art Institute of Portland's Fashion Design program where I focused on costuming. I eventually fell in love with Character Makeup and SpecialFx and decided to earn my Master Class certification in Makeup Artistry and Hair Styling from The Art of Makeup in Vancouver, WA.


My experiences include hair, makeup, special fx, and wardrobe for a variety of films, commercials, television productions, photoshoots, and fashion shows along with moulage makeup for trauma and catastrophic event response trainings. Occasionally I can even be found working in front of the camera as well. I love life on set and can't imagine doing anything else. I hope to continue using makeup, special fx, hair, and wardrobe to create characters for a very long time.
