TSJ Management is a property management company that has been in existence for 2 1/2 years. We manage apartment buildings in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Prior to establishing my own management company, I worked in the property management business for 13 years. My past experience includes day-to-day on-site management of 18 residential buildings and two commercial buildings. When my previous employers decided to sell their buildings in the Cleveland area and relocate, I had a decision to make. The experience I had gained while working in the property management business and my educational background, holding a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, led me to establish my own Cleveland property management company. My prior experiences of working construction throughout my high school and college years and managing a hardware store has also developed my knowledge in the areas of plumbing, electrical, kitchen design, and overall maintenance supplies.
