A Realtor questioning her current life and relationship goes in search for an unknown hero that had saved her life after a serious accident.

SYNOPSIS:

Real Estate Agent CHRISTINA RIVERA is a fatalist, that believes in the balance of life and destiny. On her way to present a property she avoids a collision with a DOE, cutting her shoulder severely.A Fire fighter/Paramedic JOHN DOE, out on a favor for his boss Chief JENSEN stumbles upon the scene and saves her, leaving only his first name.

At the E.R. Christina awakens to see her boyfriend ADAM BOYLE.Christina still thinking about John Doe, asks the nurse to find out who this mystery savior was to thank him.The next day, she confides in her best friend LYDIA MONTGOMERY about the events and of John.That evening John has a gathering of fellow fire fighters and his best bud JOHN MORALES.Morales, is always on John’s back to go out and meet someone, eventually convince John to meet his girlfriend’s Cousin STACIE.Tired of being cooped at home all day while Adam pays a visit, Christina heads out to a 7 Eleven for some coffee and air. There, in a near accident with a rushing John Doe, running late for his date exiting the 7 Eleven.Neither of which caught on, as Christina was wearing sunglasses to cover her bruised, black eye from the accident.

The next day at the Market, Christina tells Lydia confesses to her the mixed feelings and how perhaps John was there, not only to save her life, but to save her as well from the life she lives now.At the station John is given the assignment to train a new kid CLARK, who believes firmly in Karma and destiny. Christina notices a fire truck at the coffee shop, and inquires a fireman inside, “If knows a Fireman or a paramedic named John?” The fireman tells her that the driver outside is named John.Christina embarrassingly and nervously discovers it’s not the John she is searching for.Christina tells Lydia she doesn’t want to do this anymore, she feels uncertain about disrupting the comfortable arrangement she has with Adam.Lydia meanwhile hatches a plan of her own.

During an outing, John tells Clark about his endless thoughts of the girl he saved.Clark informs John that it was fate that they met.Lydia begins her own investigation starting with the nurse and eventually finding the ambulance that transported Christina.The EMS KALE, only remembers her as “THE DEER LADY”, but can’t help her as he doesn’t know the identity of the guy that saved her.Noah, the driver of the ambulance appears.Lydia discovers that John is a Paramedic.

She calls the station and sets up a meeting between (the wrong) John Morales and Christina.The meeting with John Morales turns out to be a nightmare for Christina, who realizes that searching for John was wrong from the start.The next day Lydia shows up at the Station and tells John Doe off for what he did to Christina.John realizes it was Morales’s doing and confronts him.

Christina having another hectic day goes to the coffee shop for a quick stop.Inside the coffee shop, John gets a radio call for an emergency and gathering his coffee begins to exit quickly.The Fire Fighters rush out of the market into the fire truck, as Morales starts the engine and sound the siren… Christina has just pulled into the coffee shop and is distracted by the fire truck at the door of the shop at the same time John is exiting.They crash into each other each other.John spills his coffee all over Christina’s blouse, who is visibly upset now.John Apologizes profusely, just as he is about to leave Christina notices the name written on his tee shirt… Doe.

Later that night during dinner, Christina and Lydia talk about everything that has transpired since the accident.Christina confesses to Lydia that she, will no longer search for John and let destiny takes its course.John heads to the bar to find Stacie talking to an old friend, as they converse alone Stacie reveals to john that he’s too much of a nice guy and that “One of these days you’re going to rescue the perfect girl.”

At the dinner just as Christina is about to tell Adam everything, and old television show ADAM-12, starts to play.The opening dispatch line: “One-Adam-Twelve, One-Adam-Twelve a Two-Eleven in progress.One-Adam-Twelve handle Code three.”

Christina’s mind suddenly begins to unravel the past events, as the clues begin to formulate. Christina finally realizes who the real John Doe is and tells Adam everything. At the station, Morales insist that John goes searching for Christina.John has no idea where to start.He instructs John to go to where it all began “the scene of the crime”. Christina now relieved after telling Adam the truth, part ways amicably.Outside she calls Lydia, and relays what she has put together.Christina, upon reaching her car decides to pay a visit to the place where it all started.While there John arrives in his vehicle.They finally meet and introduce themselves formally, as they stare into each others eyes, smiling.
