About Suzanne

I'm a third generation lawyer and entrepreneur with experience in a variety of business-related legal issues, in a number of different industries, from startup to acquisition. I have worked for three companies in-house and I also work for clients as outside counsel. My main goal is to solve my clients' problems - whether it's a lease or contract that needs to be drafted and negotiated, a separation and release that needs to get signed, a trademark that needs to be obtained or a dispute that needs to be resolved, I either do it, delegate it to and manage outside counsel or co-counsel. Accordingly, my professional experience has included extensive research, analysis, writing, drafting, editing, negotiating, advising, dispute avoidance and resolution, litigation, strategic planning and implementation.

Some of the industries that I have worked in include: Entertainment, Healthcare, Technology, Financial, Fitness, Food, Medical Device, Digital Media, Personal Disputes, Hospitality, Design, Cosmetics, Jewelry, Real Estate, Green Tech, Equestrian, Consulting and Event Planning.
