I am a professional geek with a creative mind and an interest in looking at things from a different angle. I work for an award winning technology company. I am fortunate to have found a career that allows me to play Sim City in real life and impact the way future cities are built, lived in and perfected.
I write stories that put a new spin on being the geek, avoiding the stereotyped lesbian tattoo’ d girl, or stuck up math nerd with glasses. Take the romantic comedy to get away from the geek wanting the girl to being the girl - a modernized, empowered woman that can have a career in technology and still be beautiful, vulnerable and intriguing.
As a writer, I focus on stories with structure and positivity, looking at building a story with the mind of a creative technologist, who sees possibilities and fights through obstacles, believing that with technology, anything is possible. We just may not know how, yet.
