Fateh Ahmed has spent over ten years in the educational industry as a program manager, regional manager, lecturer, and an educational director for a number of national and international academic institutions such as Wall Street Institute, The Center for Arts and Technology, and most currently, da Vinci College.
Ahmed brings over 12 years of management and teaching experience in the fields of business administration, film, audio engineering and music scoring. As former graduate from the Centre for Arts and Technology’s Film program, Ahmed has received many accolades over the years, including first place for Sound Design at the Animedia Festival in 2005. His film, The Ummah Masjid, which he produced, directed and composed, won Best Documentary Film from Communications Nova Scotia in 2010. Ahmed was a second place winner at the Admiral Film Competition in 2012, for producing a biographical documentary entitled, Reeny. Ahmed’s recent works include Pushed Out, Winds from the East, and The Wailers Live in Fredericton 2013.
In addition to managing programs at da Vinci College, he is also a keyboardist and a live recording engineer for the legendary music group, The Wailers.
