Katt Balsan is a Los Angeles based film, TV and stage actress. Native from France, Katt moved to Los Angeles in 2012.

She is currently touring in Los Angeles with her One Woman Show "Balls On" directed by Gary Austin the Founder of the Groundlings.

Katt is also an award winner Actress, producer and the founder of The monthly Short-movie Festival "Acting Qu'onTest" based in Paris.
