Michael Bayouth is an artist, writer, and director. And, you can visualize what he writes because he’s also a Union Storyboard Artist. He’s known for his storyboarding of tricky sequences for movies and series TV, such as HULU’s Books of Blood, The Orville, Salem, and Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty on HBO. Directors such as Nick Copus, Joe Dante, and Brannon Braga, have all trusted him with their most crucial sequences – and in some cases even had him conceptualize and re-invent broken or unscripted scenes. Doing Doc Ock’s tentacle test shots on Spider-Man 2 with Sam Raimi, Steve Johnson and John Dykstra helped hone his knowledge of practical effects while his experience as a movie poster art director, working for the majors, such as Disney and Universal, add a unique marketing ability to his quill.
