I started performing at 12 years of age in Puerto Rico. I and some friends put together a Latin Jazz band. We played at some resort hotels. We were young but good and got payed pretty well. I keep up singing today and specialize in Rat Pack music. I enjoy doing Sinatra, Dean Martin, Michael Buble' music, Vintage R n B, Jazz/Big band and in Spanish. Returned to New England at 15 and became a professional Magician. Harry Houdini was my first Brando. I performed at burn centers, mostly to help kids forget about their suffering. I aso did many professional shows throughout New England. I was adept a close up/sleight of hand, stage illusions and escape magic. At 18, i started to sing Jazz professionally. I also then started stand up/improv comedy. When finally getting to LA, i became a Theater/Cinema major major in college and the University, whist still performing. I have also studied/performed 5 years of Musical Theater with a couple of Icons. One from Broadway. I sang at the House of Blues, at Sunset blvd, 5 times with my salute to the Standards, in the Martini Jazz Show. I also teach Acting/Directing and writing. And i survived 3 near death experiences. Many specialists felt/feel i should not be alive. And i'm in better shape than most of my friends. I guess i'm TOO stubborn or naive to leave. I have gone from 500 Lbs to what i am now, 260. i intend to lose more and get even healthier. My Film Acting career is right around the corner. I'm going after it. Perhaps with your community's help. Blessings and thank you.
