About Ray

Starting out as a stand-up comic in the “outback town” of Perth, Western Australia at the tender age of 19 Ray went on to win the ‘Melbourne International Comedy Festival Award’ for best show and write for some of the biggest TV comedy names in the country. He has worked on a diverse range of TV shows, written an award-winning short film script and is currently developing several feature film ideas.

He can help you develop and write your next screenplay or tv show, make your blog posts funny and entertaining, and even help you with your stand-up comedy routine or fill your next speech with laugh-out-loud jokes.

Writer for Australian TV stars: Hamish Blake, Andy Lee, Adam Hills, Magda Szubanski, Tom Gleeson, Dave Hughes, Tommy Little, Rove McManus, Peter Helliar and many more…

Unique traits: Ray is also an animator with a pretty good understanding of Toon Boom Harmony, which he used to create cartoons for the ABC kids series 'You're Skitting Me'. See 'animation' in the links menu.

    The Late Report (1999)

The program was equally hosted by all the those credited in the cast, although Richard Stubbs took a leading role. The program was initially the second half hour in an hour, and was preceded by a woefully bad 'The Big News'. Soon, however, 'The Big News' was axed and 'The Late Report' took over the entire hour.
