A new hookup app is the hottest craze allowing people to instantly meet where ever they are and have a "Casual Hookup". Rebecca is a young 24-year-old struggling single female working at a large law firm in Miami. She never has time for dating, until her friends tell her to try "Casual" it's better than anything in the market. One night she gives the app a try and meets up with a very nervous and strange guy named Phil. He makes her very uncomfortable and she cancels the date.

The next day, after some reassurance from her friend Terri that has tried the Casual app and has had some success, Rebecca decides to give the app another chance. This time while at the mall she gives it a try and hooks up with a guy name Eddie. After the hookup, they decide to stay in touch. During this time several young women are found murdered while on dates using the Casual app. The next day while at work she over hears her co-worker talking about a girl that was found murder at a gas station bathroom after using "Casual". Rebecca assures them that the incidents are not related and isn't worried about it. While on a date with Eddie, Rebecca is asked if she is continuing using "Casual" and she said yes. Eddie gets mad and warns her that someone is using the app to kill random girls. He tells Rebecca that he would like to start a relationship with her, but she declines letting him know there are still things in her life she needs to accomplish.

After a series of gruesome murders, Phil (the gentleman Rebecca first met and was nervous is a newspaper) remembers Rebecca from High School and recalls that she was very bullied and was sent to a youth corrections facility for locking the girls' locker room door and trying to burn the girl's that have tormented her. Rebecca calls Eddie and apologize and setup a meeting at an isolated restroom for a passionate hook-up.

Eddie arrives at the location and finds a taped-up girl screaming for help, Eddie rushes to help her but is knocked unconscious. Eddie wakes up the next day in jail, and to his surprise is being charged with the murders of the girls using the casual hookup app.

Phil visits Eddie and he tells him that Rebecca has been using the app to lure the girls that bullied her in school to kill them for revenge. Phil also tells Eddie that Rebecca spent several years in a mental hospital for trying to burn down the girl’s locker room. Eddie and Phil plot a trap for Rebecca to catch her and make her confess. A struggle ensues and Rebecca is shot and wounded and taken to a Mental Hospital, where she admits that she killed the girls for revenge with the help of her male co-worker. The male co-worker was an Orderly at the Mental Hospital she was at. She seduced him by mentally tormenting him and he helped her escape. The Orderly was fired and got a job at the mail room of the law firm and help Rebecca get a job there. They both planned and carried out the murders. In the closing scene, Rebecca is sitting in her locked hospital room when she hears a Janitor mopping and he has a familiar tune that he is whistling. The End?
