Kathleen Swan

I am co-Artistic and Producing Director for the American Renaissance Theater Company in New York, starting my 3rd season in that capacity. I have been a member of the Company since December 2009 and on staff since 2010. A graduate of Boston University's School of Fine Arts, I am a veteran actress and director, having worked extensively in Los Angeles, Boston and New York. From 1993 - 2008 I took a "detour" into academia and worked my way up to Assistant Dean for Student Academics at Columbia University. I am very proud of my academic career but thrilled to have returned to my theatrical roots.
