Artist. Creator. Editor. Filmmaker. Director Jeff Richter is an innovator in a Time of Change-always pushing the creative envelope so the audience experiences more than it ever expected. Through his work, the viewer is not simply a static, inactive audience, but rather becomes an active participant as they are sucked into an incredibly visceral world of sound and movement.
Nominated for over 12 music video awards, Richter was recognized for his storytelling work with a 2003 Grammy Award nomination for his Dr. Dre, Knocturnal and Missy Elliott video, “The Knoc”, an innovative video that tells a story in one four minute long take with no visible edits. His innovative style has developed even further with the recent collaboration with legendary lighting designer Mark Brickman on a number of projects recently.
Taking his skills learned in the music video, commercial and action sports world, he is now focusing his storytelling skills on a short film call "A Pony Tale"
