SYNOPSIS:

At a trade conference is the Spanish court of Alphonso, the niece of Mehmed the Conqueror is assassinated in her bed chamber. Asim is granted secret permission by Pope Nicholas to find the killer(s). If a Christian he must be brought to the Vatican. Asim has instructions from Mehmed II to bring back their head, Christian or Muslim. From Damascus to Spain. From Spain to Venice.
