Craig M. Bell is a senior intellectual property law counsel with over twenty-five (25) years of
experience in private law firms and major Fortune 100 corporations in the pharmaceutical,
chemical and consumer health care industries. He has been responsible for the successful
issuance of over 400 patents and trademarks worldwide and he has extensive patent and
trademark litigation experience both in the United States and in Europe. Past clients for which
Mr. Bell has served as counsel include Allergan, The Dow Chemical Co., General Electric, The
NutraSweet Company, Warner Lambert, Monsanto, Pharmacia/Pfizer, Rhone Poulenc/Rhodia,
Elan Drug Delivery and sanofi-aventis, U.S. Prior to becoming an intellectual property law
attorney, he served as an Assistant District Attorney under Edward G. Rendell in Philadelphia
for five (5) years He is a member of the Pennsylvania, New York and Texas Bars as well as a
member of the New Jersey in-house counsel bar.
