TIME WARRIORS

Nine warriors from different times and different civilizations, and who have fallen on the battlefield, are given a chance for resurrection, if they compete in Gods’ underworld tournament.
SYNOPSIS:
Have You ever wondered “who was the best warrior ever”?
You did?
Well, Gods did too! And so they’ve decided to find an answer.
How?
Imagine a different dimension, so close to us but invisible at the same time.
One of a kind, a Gods’ playground, where eternal beings can travel trough time, trough different conflicts and different areas, and gather fallen warriors, offering them their life back… if they’ll agree to compete in a battle they’ve never fought before.
Imagine the best of ancient skirmishers: a Macedonian Phalangite, a Pharaoh’s Nubian Guardsman and a Hindu Princess.
Imagine great medieval knights: a Viking Berserker, a Chinese Cataphract and an Arabian Moorish Swordsman.
Imagine masters of the gun powder: a Polish Nobleman, an Apache Warrior and a cutthroat Pirate of the Caribbean.
All of them, despite their different origins and skills, will have to team up together, to fight trough hordes of some worst enemies ever – monsters, undead legions, ogres, monsters, demons, ghosts, monsters, giants, basilisks, monsters… and even more monsters!
All of that for a simple purpose – to amuse the Gods… and so to gain their pardon.

The Dragonball series did a similar thing with Goku in the afterlife... Great concept.. if you can use very notable and memorable characters the audience should definitely be hooked!
Thank You both for Your kind words :) Brandi, script is already done, but it's written in my native polish, and I'm working on the translation right now ;) Though, I did also write a comic book pitch for one of american publishers, there's the whole outline included. just uploaded it, so You can take a look if You want ;)

I've had a vision. Perhaps the fallen soldiers who battle in the afterlife share a bond with their living family. When the soldiers died in combat the world they leave behind is cast into darkness. During the perpetual night, the soldier's family is caught up in war and the enemy has the advantage until something happens that restores the sun to the sky and both the soldier and family regain their moral. "To weird to live, to rare to die"
