About Justin

I am a sound editor for the critically acclaimed Foo Fighters: Sonic Highways, in which I received a Golden Reel Award and Emmy Nomination. During over 8 years in the audio post production industry, I have worked with clients including HBO, BBC America, Nickelodeon, E!, GSN, and OWN, and have also worked as a sound editor, designer, and mixer for over a dozen short and feature films. My passion for sound started at an early age when I started drumming and realized I couldn't stop making noise. Today I seek the challenge of creating the most interesting and effective sound possible for each of the various projects I work on.

This poetic reverie - and production - draws inspiration from the "Nouvelle Vague", where we are confronted with our own limits of madness and contemporary taboos. The Henri Cartier-Bresson inspired 50mm aesthetic is utilized to create a sequence of canvases, where through photographic representations, the tableaux's serve as stylized expressions of the characters. The interplay between the poetic dialogues and scenic canvases ...
