I was born in Barranquilla, Colombia. I wrote my first story at age fourteen, later won the Latin American Short Story Award with "What did you do on Sunday?" (¿Qué hiciste el domingo?)

In 1984 fix my residence in Madrid, Spain where I developed my writing projects screenplay, novel and poetry. In 2007 I published the novel "The Sea was calm," (La Mar estaba serena) a thriller set in the Madrid scene. In 2008, my poetry book "Cities" is Tomás Morales Prize finalist. This book was written while working in different cities of the world in the design of computer networks. Today I live in Gran Canaria, Santa Brigida, also in Spain, where he continued dedicated to writing.
