Sian Hutchinson

Artistic Director/Writer/Actress
Sian is an accomplished actress, writer and comedian.
She trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama and after winning the Diana Wade Bursary fund she went on to play most pointedly ‘Maggie’ (Dancing at Lughnasa); ‘Rosalind’ (As You Like It); ‘Vivienne/ Sylvia’ (Cosmonauts...).
Sian has performed at the Old Vic, Young Vic and Hampstead Theatre to name but a few and is a member of The Old Vic New Voices.
Sian’s debut one woman show ‘Clutching at Straws’ received great acclaim in London and the Edinburgh Festivaland she has gone on to write and perform more successful one-woman shows as a result.
Now working on Sketch material she has been shortlisted to compete for Best Comedy Act 2015.
