Katherine Walker

have just finished my degree in Film,TV and Digital Media at Regents University. Over the past three years I have specialised in sound production, and would really like to work in this area. I have a real passion for music and have an eclectic collectionI've always been fascinated by the impact music has on both Film and TV.

As well as working as a production mixer for many student projects, I've also produced and directed my own short, ‘INK', for my final project - which I hope to have ready for the festival circuit next year.

During my second and third semesters, I was part of Four Corners – a series of script development workshops in Bulgaria, Finland, London and Spain. Although I don't plan to work in script development it was a great experience, and really helped me understand more about storytelling - both visually and through sound design.

I am currently based in London and hope to continue working here, but also know Bristol and Cardiff well. I'd love to begin building my skills as soon as I can.
