I work as a college instructor of writing and public speaking as I pursue screenwriting and fiction writing as my careers.

My short story “Engines, O-Rings, and Astronauts” was recently published in Chuck Palahniuk’s INDIEFAB Gold Medal Award-winning Best Anthology Burnt Tongues, and was nominated for inclusion in The Best Horror of the Year, Volume Seven.

My action/comedy screenplay Hot and Ready placed in the top fifteen percent of all entries for the 2015 Nicholls Fellowship, and my science fiction/horror screenplay Antarctica recently received a “Recommend” rating from the Austin Film Festival coverage program.
