Michael Oakey

I'm into aviation history and Egyptology — the former as a publisher and managing editor of print and digital quarterly journal The Aviation Historian (having had a 30-year career in the same field with what is now Time Inc UK); and the latter as a researcher, occasional writer/lecturer, ancient-technology stonecarver and vice-chairman of Sussex Egyptology Society, a UK registered educational charity. In both capacities I do interviews/filming for TV, and am developing short videos to promote my activities.
