SYNOPSIS:

The eight different franchises are divided between eight separate Earth-like planets that exist within the same sector of the galaxy. The reason for all of these similar Earths is because ten earth-like planets where discovered, terra-formed, and colonized by humanity millennia ago. The Earth where humanity originated (the earth that received the Black Egg of Lilith and the White Egg of Adam from the First Ancestral Race) was abandoned for a time, but eventually a colony of humans found themselves drawn back to it. Millennia later, the setting of Evangelion was established on Earth-Prime. Over time, the ten colonies lost all contact with each other, and forgot about each other’s existence. Each planet developed similarly but independently into the states that we find each one at the beginning of each franchise. All of the Super Robot Wars: Original Generation characters and robots coexist on a single colony. Prior to the movies, the war against the Divine Crusaders has occurred on their Earth, during which the various SRW:OG robots were developed along with advanced space travel technology. The Divine Wars were instigated by a spaceship from one of the planets in the Zuvorg Alliance crashing on the Earth of the SRW:OG, the Zuvorg ship’s technology serving as the basis for their Earth’s space travel and giant robot technologies. Following that was the invasion of their Earth by The Inspectors from the Zuvorg Alliance, and the ultimately failed attempt to oppose them in the L5 Campaign. Their Earth was destroyed, forcing all their governments and militaries to unite into a military/refugee fleet that fled from The Inspectors. They soon rediscovered Earth-Prime and seven of the other Earth colonies, and began observing and performing infiltration/surveillance of them.
