I graduated High school in Miami in 1952 with a certification in Photography, then spent the next nine years in the Army. Completed Durham Electronics college in San Antonio 1961. I owned and operated my own Television sales and repair company until 1989 when I was asked to teach high school by Miami-Dade County. I also had been doing wedding videography as a sideline previously. For the next 20 years I taught Electronics and became certified to teach Television Production at Hialeah Sr. High in Florida. After retirement I formed Herb Abrams Productions, LLC and began to make short films. I am now doing this whenever presented with a good script. I am a member of the Miami Indie Film Club of Miami and several meetup groups.
