I’m a writer/director who also shoots and edits. My recent films include the magical-realist short THE NEVER BELL made with handcrafted puppets; the short documentary and festival favorite, SANDORKRAUT, featured as a New York Times Op Doc and a feature SONG OF THE BASQUES, which explores the mystery of the Basque people. I also directed NBC’s talent development showcase, received a Jerome Foundation writing fellowship and my films have played in over 100 film festival in the last year alone. My background is in Fine Arts and Literature and I began my career as a camera op and production designer in independent film and television across Europe. I’mthe partnerships coordinator for Film Fatales, an international collective of female directors and play the cello speak Spanish, French and Basque fluently and I’m a competitive triathlete and long-distance runner.
