A documentary filmmaker stumbles upon what may be a top secret, Government mind-control program, or his own mental unraveling.

SYNOPSIS:

X-Games video producer, Brian Watkins, has started interviewing schizophrenic patients at a local psychiatric facility in his off time, due to his sister having suffered from the illness. But, when he meets Peter, who claims to have been targeted by a secret government mind-control experiment, the story starts to spin out of control. As Brian digs deeper into the hidden past of US Intelligence Operations, including the notorious Project MK-ULTRA, he starts to corroborate Peter's story. This also leads to his increasing paranoia and the placement of hidden surveillance cameras everywhere possible. Now, he must deal with not only his own family's potential safety, but what he believes are people following him; all while seeking the evidence needed to expose what could be the most shocking, covert government program in history.
