About Jessica

Given that I was known for years as the funny little kid who doodled monsters on all of her otherwise-immaculate school notes and collected recyclables from neighbours' trash bins to make into puppets for backyard sci-fi films, it should be no surprise that I grew up to be a makeup artist and creature designer.

Film has always been a source of fascination for me, and the fulfillment I find in visual storytelling brings me an unparalleled level of joy. My passion for creation and genuine love for my craft allow me to bend reality and bring even the most fantastical characters into the realm of believability, whether I start from an existing image, or even just the spark of an idea. I'm a firm believer that a good makeup can be a catalyst for higher performance from the individual wearing it, and I strive to ensure the best and most fitting and realistic designs and applications for every project I take on.
